Promoter License/Surety Bond

To qualify to promote an event in Wyoming, a Promoter must obtain a Promoter License at least 45 days beforehand. Anyone over the age of 18 may also apply for a Promoter License at anytime, regardless of having an event planned. Included in the form is the Promoter's confirmation that the required Surety Bond has been obtained. The Surety Bond information stays on file, and said bond will apply to all subsequent events.
